Sonia’s and Agron’s charm and temperament already gave us a hint at the first meeting. We knew that their wedding party in the Palais Niederösterreich would be extraordinary, emotional and energetic. Their party even exceeded all of our ideas, because when all 150 guests actually rocked the house, the building literally started to shake. It was a hot summer day in downtown Vienna when the families and guests from Italy, Macedonia, England and Sweden came together in the inner courtyard of the palace to celebrate the happy day of Sonia and Agron. The free wedding was held by Sonia’s best friend and enchanted everyone. The guests formed a half-round circle around the bride and groom. It was very touching to see the emotions of the bridal couple and to listen to their self-written vows.
After the wedding, the vintage car went through the old town to the Volksgarten, a popular spot in the heart of Vienna. After knowing this mostly overcrowded park, we knew a “secret” place, which was perfect surrounded by a tree avenue and a fountain, for a relatively undisturbed walk. Sonia and Agron forgot the world around them for a moment, told each other stories and laughed a lot. Dinner was served in the state parliament hall, the heart of Palais Niederösterreich with the largest continuous ceiling fresco in Austria. The large hall and the lighting of the incoming evening sun fascinated all guests. After the meal, the bride had organized folk dancers as a surprise. When she appeared in traditional folk costume with the dancers, Agron and the guests were out of control. But look at the pictures for yourself. It was a great experience for us to take close-up photos among the 150 dancing people – we love that. This evening was exceptional and there was dancing and partying until the early hours of the morning.
